KUDDOS to Ms. Melinda! I had a situation with the order placed and was upset; yet decided to reach out to the Mgr and her response was simply FRIENDLY, APPROACHABLE and SOLUTION-DRIVEN. She fixed the order, and did it with no attitude, just 100% exemplary customer service! Thank you Ms. Melinda for your understanding and kindness. I suggest approaching management if an order is wrong, etc. She cares! And makes it right! Glad for people like her at fast food (yummy) places for us lazy ones that want a break from cooking yet can be demanding. : )
